Know more about How Google Pays Money

Before falling in for a Google Money Scheme take a little time to actually know “How Google Pays Money?”. It does so through its Google Adsense program.

What is Adsense program?

Well Google gets a lot of advertisements from advertisers to show those in search results and on pages of partners’ web sites and one of those could be you. From the money that Google get from advertisers, it pays an undisclosed fraction to you.

Now to another question “When do Advertisers pay Google?”.

To answer this question let’s understand these two terms CPC and CPM.

  • CPC (Cost per Click) : In this type of advertising method, payment is based on number of clicks advertisements get. If an ad was shown thousands of times but got never clicked advertiser need to pay nothing.
  • CPM (Cost per Mille/Thousand) : In this type of advertising method, payment is based on number of impressions an ad receives. Whether those ads receive clicks or not the cost remains the same.

Then what method to Google employ? CPC I think I heard it!

Well, Google Adsense started as CPC based ad scheme and was available to very few selected site. When it was made available to a vast number of sites CPM was also introduced to protect Advertisers from Click frauds. Advertisers can opt to show ads in CPM way but Google has rights to show those for only new publishers (sites publishing Adsense ads) and each publisher too have option to turn off ads following CPM method.

So if I follow Google Money Schemes, turn off CPM ads then I can make a lot of money as the schemes advertise?

In that case you will receive CPC ads and each click on ad will generate revenue for you. But be informed that the advertisers are showing ads to develop their own business and not just throwing away money. With each click they expect one of your visitor to convert into their customer. If they find that while your site generates a lot of clicks but none convert to customers, they will suspect fraud and report to Google. Google in turn checks to see the possibilities of publisher clicking ads on his own site (which is prohibited in Adsense terms & conditions) and if found so the adsense account is closed.

If you think that you start a site today and start generating revenues from day 1 forget it. You need to have a site hat receives a good amount of daily traffic out of which a very small percentage will notice and click the ads. In case you are starting afresh you will need to put into your site a good amount of valuable content in it, do all kinds for promotional activities as search engine submission, promoting it over other sites, and if required even participate in Google Adwords to show off your ads in other people’s site via Google Adsense.

In all it’s a business as any other business and requires hard work, dedication, field knowledge and time.

This is not to discourage you , but to inform that don’t fall prey to schemes that show you that it’s that easy that you can earn as much as $150 from day 1. And even if you participate make sure that you don’t share your Credit Card information with those sites and do read all information particularly fine prints before applying. Your credit card may be charged monthly charges later some time stating that you agreed to that.

Watch out for the Fine Prints on Google Money Schemes

imageWhat you see on the side is a orderinfg form of a typical Google Money Scheme. While most of the things mentioned there are bit clear did you notice what’s written over there in fine prints in grey color?

See below for the enlarged image. The text size is a bit lager that what’s normally seen on scheme pages.

The initial payment you are making is for shipping and handling and for 7 day trial. If you don’t cancel within 7 days (which of course you will not unless you read the fine prints) you will be charged $47 a month.

Think again. Are you still interested in signing up for the scheme?

One of the newest trends that we will see in coming posts is  transitioning of Google Money sites from Text based sites to image based. Reason? A text based site can be easily traced by searching for them in search engines as Google. For example in last post about mygooglemoney.com I mentioned that rights to resale the e-book is granted and even sales page is also supplied to enable creation of new sites. Now if you want to trace all such offshoots of “My Google Money” you just need to search Google for a specific text from it say "Order Today and you Get Full Master Resale Rights for this Ebook. mygooglemoney.com

imageEarn Money from Google, Earn $30000 per month. This is what “My Google Money” (mygooglemoney.com) claims. It shows all types of screenshots of Adsense dashboard showing earning figures, even a pic of a cheque. At the end what it needs from you to include you in the program is just $149 $49 $9. It keeps on reducing one digit to make you feel how cheap you are getting this offer for. You get to pay using many modes including Credit Cards & Paypal. In return you get link url to a e-book that you can download and read. But will you really earn that much money? Read below what disclaimer from their site says

“ Earning and Income statements made by our company and its customers are estimates of what we think you can possibly earn. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual.

As with any business, your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchaser, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

There is no assurance that examples of past earnings can be duplicated in the future. We cannot guarantee your future results and/or success. There are some unknown risks in business and on the internet that we cannot foresee which can reduce results. We are not responsible for your actions. “

Now read again to pick important parts

  • are estimates of what we think you can possibly earn
  • no guarantee that you will make these levels of income
  • results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire
  • The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, which do not apply to the average purchaser
  • no assurance that examples of past earnings can be duplicated in the future

So earning through Google Adsense is similar to any other entrepreneurship effort. There is an investment, hard work, risk and possible success/faiilure.

Anyhow, Don’t give away Credit Card details to any such schemes. You never know who is going to misuse it.

Now to the lighter side of this whole episode. This site says that by purchasing the e-book for $9 you get master resale rights and a page similar to what you visited is available with your purchase so you can host your own site to resale it. :) so don’t be surprised if you find similar sites over the internet.
